Aaron is a PhD student in clinical psychology at the University of Regina. He completed his 4-month full-time MSc clinical internship at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, during which he conducted psychological assessments for adults involved in motor vehicle and workplace accidents, and provided Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to the same population. Aaron also completed an 8-month practicum at the Sun Life Financial Psychology Training Clinic, where he conducted assessments and provided Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients with ADHD, Trauma and Stressor-Related disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, substance abuse, and mental health concerns related to chronic health conditions. 
 
In addition, Aaron conducted assessments and provided online Cognitive Processing Therapy to clients with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder in a clinically supervised research context at Hotel Dieu Hospital in Kingston, Ontario. For the past year, he has also conducted clinical screening interviews for the Online Therapy Unit. Aaron will begin his 1-year practicum at the Owens Group in September 2024, under the supervision of Dr. Katherine Owens, Ph.D., R. D. Psych.
