Dr. Jody Burnett is a Registered Doctoral Psychologist (SK #988) with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists and has over 20 years of experience providing support to the adult general public, with a keen interest in high performance athletes and related high performance occupations such as public safety personnel including first responders. She has extensive experience offering Internet-delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (ICBT) to public safety personnel/first responders and their families. Jody is also an adjunct professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Regina and has extensive experience providing lectures and workshops on various mental health topics, including psychological injury, resilience and self-care.
